Bribie IslandBribie Island, at the top of Moreton Bay, has the first surf beach north of Brisbane. Between Bribie and the mainland is Pumicestone Passage. Pumicestone Passage Marine Park is home to dugong, dolphins, turtles and hundreds of species of birds. The island is accessible by a bridge and road which goes across to Caboolture and the main highway. The Bribie Community Arts Centre offers exhibitions by Art Groups working at the Centre, visiting Artists, and the Moreton Bay Regional Council. A special time to visit is the 4th Sunday of the month between 8:30 and 12:30 for the Art and Craft Fair which showcases both work at the Centre, and at the adjoining Bribie Woodcrafters and Gem Clubs. North of Bribie Island is Caloundra and to the Sunshine Coast. Bribie Island AccommodationBribie Island Activities & Things To Do
